NTS Group are exclusively working alongside a leading media company in Saudi to recruit a Director of Sales to be based in the Riyadh office. This position is for Saudi Nationals Only. Reporting into the VP of commercial, this position is responsible to develop KSA and international sales strategy, define and launch new markets.
- Lead the sales function to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers within telco operators and digital services customers.
- Full P&L responsibility.
- Conducts regular account reviews and strategy meetings with the client’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
- Identify market needs and develop new initiatives to boost sales and ensure new revenue streams.
- Build pipeline of new products leveraging partnerships with content partners and synergy with existing business and operations.
- Push company’s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
- Develop digital marketing activities to drive sales and boost performance products adoption.
- Develop advertising revenue stream to support “freemium business model”.
- Contract negotiations from preparation through to signatures.
- Reduces overall supply risk through contingency planning and understanding of supplier capabilities, disaster preparedness, and financial health.
- Overseas testing and returns policies and procedures.
- Manages and reports on KPI metrics for working capital and inventory control.
Candidate Skills, Experience & Background:
- Degree Educated with further qualifications a bonus (MBA).
- 10+ Years Experience within sales.
- Experience within media, broadcast or telecoms industry.
