Implement and suggest improvements to Data Analysis and Reporting policies and procedures.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Manage the allocation of work plans to the team and ensure that necessary reports and analyses are available on time for management decision making purposes Participate in the development of documentation pertaining to partnerships and business development, strategy development and performance planning, in compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements Advise on the formulation of Data Analysis and Reporting initiatives and ensure communication and implementation in coordination with key stakeholders Develop sales business plans, key performance metrics in order to improve productivity, maximize organizational effectiveness and ensure consistency with Zain goals and objectives:
Analyze potential business opportunities for Zain Sales channels (Shops, Direct & VIP) including identification of emerging trends to develop relevant business cases for Zain.
Review all reports developed by the reporting team pertaining to partnerships and business development, strategy planning, business intelligence, etc. and forward the same to management to highlight key statistics.
Suggest remedial actions and measures for course correction on unresolved escalations.
Provide an outside in perspective and ensure that a best practice system encompassing all data and information analysis practices are adopted, instituted and complied with.
Monitor compliance with customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and intervene as required to resolve breaches of SLAs.
Function and People Management:
Manage Data Analysis and Reporting team, provide needed motivation, and ensure satisfaction to achieve set objectives and KPIs.
Manage team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and develop improvement recommendations as required.
