Job Details

Responsible for the Marketing, Business Development, market research, forecasting and stakeholder management, matters connected with the Catering, Food Production, Services, Cost and top management
1. Developing new contracts and business opportunities in KSA Market and following safe HSEQ practices through the management and development of sites teams and operational standards.
2. Developing the Sales plan and forecast, services package.
3. Put the execution/action sales plans to achieve the company budget profitability and excellent financial performance.
4. Prepare the P&L for any new project and present to the senior management and cross functions teams for discussion and final review.
5. Design and present proposals and agreed quotations to prospects and external teams.
6. Developing the Market segmentation, price strategy & clients satisfaction program to ensure achieving the company objectives and sustain the company growth profitability.
7. Identifies, assess and recommend new business opportunities (New market, new services including feasibility study and risk assessment).
8. Responsible for devising, implementing and maintaining marketing intelligence information system using competitive intelligence.
9. Responsible to achieve the company prequalification and profile.
10. Maintain and develop the company brand awareness and positioning.
11. Maintain excellent client’s relationship and ensure client’s satisfaction by implement the client retention management (CRM) program.
12. Monitoring the competitor’s performance and gathering relevant market intelligence to ensure that the company maintains and develop its competitive position.
13. Provide all outbound communication including all promotional materials, brochures, advertising and marketing campaigns etc.
14. Attends all the client’s meetings and documents areas of improvement.
15. Works to improve on Company market position and achieves financial growth.
16. Define long term organization strategic goals, build customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiate and close the business deal.
17. Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
18. Ensure all our clients are satisfied. Build Positive and long-term relationship with existing and new customers.
