Job Details

Purpose of the Position: To coordinate belt various projects across the company to determine project objectives and timetable and to ensure that all objectives are met within agreed timescales and budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the site independently and should be self-driven and highly motivated.
2. Adept at developing project plans, overseeing implementation & completing field jobs in safe and in timely manner.
3. Fully responsible for client satisfaction, all aspects of site management including BOQ evaluation, estimating and invoicing of the job
4. Skilled in relationship management and communication with excellent analytical and leadership ability.
5. Strong skills in reviewing the tasks assigned to the team, appraising superiors, timely auditing, and site inspection and handover to client.
6. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
7. Case study and analysis of the project and to use the study for future projects and reports the case study to the General Manger and Business Manager.
8. Monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
9. Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends.
10. Should have good command on English communication – verbal and written, MS office,
11. Scheduling and Planning. Primavera will be an added advantage.
12. Coordinate with different departments and with clients.
13. Direct and control the project team to ensure that they achieve their objectives and that the best possible use is made of available staff resources.


Skill:

Professional Qualifications & Experience Required: 
1. Bachelor in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with experience of 05 to 07 years’ required in industrial anti-corrosion / brick lining / Painting /Anti corrosion / fire proofing / refractory in Chemical industry.
2. Work experience of 3-5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries will be preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of project management techniques.
4. Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels within the company and with external customers.
5. Experience of using project management tools.

Knowledge of Languages Required: 
Good command on English communication – verbal and written.
