Job Details
• Prepare all daily needed ingredients and equipment of the designated section for each service
• Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced at all times
• Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
• Cook as assigned to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the designated section
• Support (sous) chef in delivering required standard of food
• Open to Nepal, Filipino, Sri Lanka, and Indian Nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role preferably from a casual dining restaurant
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
