About the Client:
A high-end stand-alone café is now opening it’s 2nd KSA branch in Riyadh

Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
• Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering to ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levelsQualifications:
• Open to Indian and Filipino
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in a casual dining restaurant
