A high-end stand-alone café is now opening it’s 2nd KSA branch in Riyadh

Job Description:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels

Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus free accommodation, duty meal, and uniform
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualifications:
• Open to Sri Lankan, Indian, Filipino, and Nepali
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar role from a fine dining or casual dining set-up
• Must have portfolio available
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
