* Customer Service Management - manage overall operational activities, monitor KPIs, ensure effective implementation of processes and procedures
* Customer Operations Management - monitor the assigned customer operations processes to identify issues and to improve overall effectiveness
* Act as a liaison between sales, supply chain and operations teams
