Position Title: Sous Chef

Salary: up to 10,000 SAR depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, transportation, uniform, overtime, and incentives

About the Client:
The hiring company is a successful F&B group on high end casual dining, which will be opening another concept of Central Kitchen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Role:
Control stock levels and identify specific stock requirements for central kitchen
Control the activities of other staff members working in food production within the kitchen
Supervise and ensure all products are made in accordance to the company standards
Actively communicate with front of house staff to monitor product quality
Monitor delivery times of products and take action if appropriate
Deal effectively with all concerns of kitchen staff
Maintain a positive and challenging work environment by building a strong team environmentRequirements:
Open to any nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 1 year relevant experience in central kitchen is a must
Excellent command and communication skills
Open to candidates who are currently in the UAE but must be willing to work in Riyadh
Must have a signed NOC (No Objection Certificate) from previous/current employer in UAE
