Main Requirements:
- Experienced in financial modelling (MS Excel) for various real estate asset classes (residential, retail, office, hospitality, leisure and entertainment, cultural and heritage, etc.).
- Should be able to prepare financial statements (including Income Statement, Cashflow Statement, and Balance Sheet), prepare dashboards, calculate and evaluate KPIs such as Project IRR, NPV, ROI, DSCR, Equity IRR, various funding / financing structures, PPP modelling, etc.
- Ability to operate real estate financial analysis software's such as Estate Manager
- Ability to prepare BoD presentations on MS PPT
- Ability to do secondary (online) market research Required Years of Experience
- 6-8 of feasibilities and financial analysis experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Finance or related field
- Master in Finance, MBA or CFA
Additional Requirements:
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Command over Estate Master software
- Excellent data presentation skills and ability to write clearly and concisely
General Items:
- Timeline - 6 months commencing from Nov 2020
- The resource will be based in the client's office in Riyadh once COVID restrictions are lifted
