We are looking for an experience Deskside Support Engineer, the role is 6 months extendable contract to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Resolve client hardware/software PC problem tickets.
- A technical knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware.
- Capable to do Asset management end to end.
- Candidates must be currently based in KSA with Transferable Iqama and preferably available to join immediately.- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Should be responsible for resolving problems and performing IMACs within Service Level Agreement objectives (SLA), and completing all related administrative duties.
