1. At least 4-5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
2. Candidate should have an Engineering degree &/ or Business degree in Sales and/or equivalent diploma.
3. Responsible of developing, maintaining marketing and selling plan to meet company objectives and targets.
4. Evaluating of customer requirement and market conditions
5. Understanding new tendencies and analyzing opportunities in the market
6. sourcing new projects /customers
7. Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors, etc….) and reinforce the spirit of partnership.
8. Preparing Pre-Qualification, presentations, submittals, quotations, RFPs, etc.
9. Preparing all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate manner
10. Preparing cost sheets and to estimate unit price for our services based on market, expenses and profit.
11. Coordinate with account department for all financial issues.
12. Maintaining and keeping all working records.
13. Developing /maintaining company clients’ database
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
15. Excellent communication skills.
16. Saudi experience is a must.
17. Preferable Saudis, if non-Saudi must have transferable Iqama.
