- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Manage all documentation and administrative support of the entire project.
- Evaluate potential problems and propose potential solutions.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.


Skill:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in project management, administration, and support.
- Good English communicator both writing and speaking.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client management.
- Background in facilities management/engineering is an advantage but not a must.
