As the name suggests, the Construction Manager is responsible for managing all the on-shore construction work for well site field development performed by the Dammam office. You will assure excellence in work performed including work performed by our sub-contractors. This position is hands on and you will be managing projects as well as a team of direct reports. As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for assuring timely completion of projects including collections. This role is also responsible for assuring all customer satisfaction and quality scores are kept at the highest levels.
